Today is Hudson’s 4 month birthday. I can’t believe how fast these last 4 months have flown by. Hudson has brought SO much joy into our lives. He smiles all the time and just melts his Mommy’s heart. Hudson loves to talk to and watch his older siblings. Hudson loves to laugh out loud and thinks it so funny for me to raise his arms above his head. He is very tickilish and always SO cuddly. Hudson LOVES to be held and cuddled, but he also enjoys his time in his bouncy seat and playmat. Ryan never really liked toys but Hudson loves to play with his toys (especially if he can find a way to get them in his mouth.) He is a wonderful eater and a pretty good sleeper…not great, but a lot better than his brother was

Today was Ryan’s Thanksgiving Program at his preschool. The kids sang some songs and then they served everyone a Thanksgiving dinner. They did an awesome job and were SO cute! It was very crowded and Hudson was fussy so we told Ryan we would take him anywhere he wanted to eat if he would agree that we could skip out a little early (the line for food was SOOOO long!) He was a little sad at first but quickly decided that Chick A Way (Chick Fil A) sounded like a good idea (plus we had lots of coupons to use there…hehe!) On a side note, I told myself this morning NOT to forget my camera but I did. Luckily, Rachel had her camera and I ask her to take some for me! Here is our sweet Ryan boy…he has on a John Deere Shirt. In one of the pics you can see him waving and doing the motions….after each song he would jump and say, I mean scream, “I KNOW THAT SONG!” He was too cute!

Bathtime! Hudson used to hate bathtime but now enjoys it…although from this picture you wouldn’t know it. He is looking at his sister with the Deer In Headlights look.

Amber, Josh, Mary Alice and Major got Hudson this outfit at his shower. I LOVED it and couldn’t wait for him to be able to wear it. He is for sure the Man of My Dreams…

Last picture…I promise. My birthday was last week and my Mom invited a bunch of girls to hang out at Starbucks (after all our kiddos were in bed)…and share coffee, funny stories, and lots of laughs. thanks, girls!

A couple of weeks ago I decided to keep Torie home from school to enjoy a beautiful Fall day at the Zoo. The kids had a blast and Ryan was SOOO excited to finally see the elephants. Here are some pictures from our Zoo Adventures!

I think I have posted all of the October photos that I wanted to share. October has been a wonderful month full of wonderful memories, wonderful family times, and wonderful weather. We are looking forward to fun times in November!

We met Misty, Jade and Mya up at the Fall Festival and spent the evening with them. The kids had a blast. Ryan had a fireman outfit but decided he really wanted to wear the Curious George costume from Ian (even though it was too small…as you can tell in the pictures!)

We always go to my Grandparents house for the kiddos to get some treats! Here is my Grandpa with Katie sitting next to his scarecrow.

After visiting with my Grandparents for a while we took the kiddos home to bed.  They had a blast dressing up and spending time with friends.  After they were in bed Hudson and I headed over Misty’s Mom’s house to hang out and read all the notes I found from middle school and high school.  We laughed and laughed and laughed…..what a great way to end the day!

Happy Birthday sweet Hudson boy! Our little Hudson is such a sweet baby. He brings us SO much joy and fun. He loves to be held, only cries when he’s hungry or sleepy, sleeps much better when being held, laughs out loud when you talk to him in a high voice (or tickle him on his chest), loves to play with and suck on his hands (I think we may have another thumb sucker), snuggles up on your neck when you hold him up on your shoulder, talks to us constantly, cooes and makes cute sounds all the time, has the cutest/chubbiest little legs, and did I mention makes my heart melt!!

I always call him Mommy’s Monkey…so, I decided to start taking his monthly pictures by Ryan’s monkey. Here are his 3 month pictures.

Hudson was 2 months old on 9-30. He also had a Dr appt on his birthday…. he weighed 13lbs, 11 oz and was 23 inches long. He is healthy, happy and SUCH a sweet baby! Here are some pictures I took of him and his brother today before we left for our morning walk!

Quick Story to go with this picture. Caden came over to play one day after preschool. Becca and I are sitting at the table eating lunch and Ryan comes running from the backyard yelling, “Caden’s Mom, Caden’s Mom!! HELP! HELP!” I figured he was being dramatic…but come to find out…Caden did need help…

They had been playing on the teeter-totter (sp?) and when Caden went to get off his pocket caught on a screw and he was hanging upside down!! Ryan to the Rescue!! Too cute!

The last picture is not a great quality because I checked on the kids through the doors in the living room and saw them eating their popsicles, swinging and just talking away. I knew if I opened the door it would ruin the moment!! I just love this one!
